1. Exchange & Return Window

We offer a 5-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.

Exchange is applicable only if the product is received in a damaged condition.
2. Unboxing Video Requirement

A clear, unedited unboxing video is mandatory for any damage-related claims.

The video must begin from opening the sealed package and clearly show the defect.

The video must be shared with us within 24 hours of delivery.
3. Refund Conditions
Refunds will be issued only if:

The product is damaged upon arrival

A valid unboxing video is submitted within 24 hours

The return is approved after our quality check
📌 Refunds are not applicable for:
- Change of mind, size, or design preference
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Products used or handled after delivery
4. Shipping & Pickup

If eligible, we will arrange a reverse pickup via our courier partner within 3–5 business days.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and with all tags intact.

In case pickup service is unavailable in your area, the customer must courier the item to our address (details will be shared on WhatsApp/email).
5. Refund Charges

A ₹100 deduction will apply as handling & return shipping charge for all approved refunds.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after receiving and verifying the returned product.
